Here’s an average day’s meals: Breakfast: 2 pieces of fruit, some nuts Lunch: Omelette 3 eggs with vegetables, tomato, mushroom, or onion. Dinner: Stew (lots of veg, maybe sweet potato on a workout day, boiled up with beef), or curry (lots of veg with chicken and coconut milk and some spices) That’s pretty much it.  [ Read More ]
