A real thanks goes to Jeremiah Reandino for reminding you about this Dan Pink video! Dan's presentation was only 18 minutes long and I took over 2 pages of notes! The 18 minutes stretched to over 45 minutes as I would go back to catch all the salient points he was presenting. He really was spot on with what the 21st century workers need for Intrinsic Motivation and the 3 factors of Autonomy, Mastery and Purpose. I know as a baby boomer, money and career has become less of a factor. I look now for how may I contribute and become a part of something larger than myself. Thanks for sharing this video with us. He really was spot on with what the 21st century workers need for Intrinsic Motivation and the 3 factors of Autonomy, Mastery and Purpose.

I know as a baby boomer, money and career has become less of a factor. I look now for how may I contribute and become a part of something larger than myself.
