Amazon want too big a cur for the Kindle store (70%!), but I'll put a shortened version on there along with a code which allows people to get a discount if they want to buy the full thing. I'm looking into the iPad, apparently it's a bit hard to get into, you have to go through one of their trusted vendors. I'll see how that goes.
