		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more it is extremely important to take a little time when buying a self help book. As usually they are based on someones else&#039;s achievements etc, which many not be relevant to your own situation. Also self help books should only be used a vague guidelines as what works for one person does not always work for another.</description>

It is my opinion that 90% of the self-help section of bookstores is shit.  And I&#039;ve logged many hours loitering in Borders to reach that conclusion.  Gone are the days when you had to actually be a person of a certain calibre to reach a mass-audience....</description>
